Changing Values Conference – Data Is Not A Property But A Relation

PETER MÖRTENBÖCK and HELGE MOOSHAMMER will give a talk titled “Data is not a Property but a Relation” at the conference “Changing Values”, a Vienna Biennale for Change 2019 event.
