Silvester KREIL

SILVESTER KREIL studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna – Institute for Art and Architecture (MArch 2020). He is interested in the parameters of spatial distribution, the hidden political and financial processes of architectural production and alternative approaches to them. He works in the fields of architectural theory, architectural journalism, urban research and design, among others. In the last two years, he worked on a series of interviews for nextroom.at, a workshop program for young architects and the co-curation of an exhibition at the Architekturzentrum Wien. In addition, he edited a book on the subject of ‘Building in listed structures’, co-designed stages for the Lighthouse Festival in Croatia and published in several magazines.
